Refund policy

If something is not right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition, and free of damage. Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise. We review each situation carefully to make sure things are handled fairly.
